At Bluebird Big Sky, we want you to love your mountain-inspired fashion; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
